Rail

With over 15 years’ experience within the Rail engineering recruitment sector, we possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of the key drivers and safety culture within today’s rail industry. We are an experienced recruiter for this area, placing staff at all levels in both permanent and contract roles.

As part of an established group of railway engineering service companies all of our rail consultants have direct insight into the operations of today’s rail market.

 Combined with the support of a leadership team, who’s past roles include Chairman of Virgin Trains, Board Director of Stagecoach Group, VP within Bombardier Transportation and Director at Transport for London.

 Whether within the rolling stock operating or maintenance environment, London Underground or Network Rail infrastructure, civil or construction environment, we have a dedicated team of experienced consultants on hand to assist with your technical and operational resource needs.  TXM Recruits Rail division covers three core subdivisions:

 Traction and Rolling Stock

Provision of Engineering, Technical, Operational and Management professionals for the Design, Development, Manufacture, Maintenance, Modification, Overhaul and Repair of Traction Systems, Rolling Stock and associated equipment and components.

 Infrastructure

Provision of Safety Critical Rail professionals and P-Way workers for the Design, Construction, Test and Commissioning, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Railway infrastructure including Track, Depots and Railway Stations.

 Signalling

Provision of Signalling Design Engineers, Test and commissioning engineers and Project management professionals for the enhancement, integration and Installation of Railway Signalling systems.
